MyProfy provides online tools that allow users to:

• Create and manage professional resumes/CVs.
• Select and customize resume templates.
• Add or remove resume sections.
• Generate and download resume PDFs.
• Publish a resume through a shareable public URL.
• Generate QR codes linked to a published resume.
• Create digital business cards containing selected personal and professional information.
• Store and manage resumes and related information within the user's account.

Additional features, including AI-powered resume assistance, may be introduced in the future and may be subject to additional terms.

• To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Not share your account with another person.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Be responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You must be legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of the information, text, photographs, documents and other content you upload or create on the Platform ("User Content").

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The information in your resume is accurate.
• You have the right to upload and use any documents, photographs, logos or other content.
• You do not upload another person's personal information without appropriate authorization.
• Your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

We do not guarantee that the information contained in your resume is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular job opportunity.

When you choose to publish a resume, the resume may become accessible to anyone who has the corresponding public URL.

You understand that:

• A published resume should be treated as publicly accessible information.
• You are responsible for reviewing the information in your resume before publishing it.

We recommend that you do not include sensitive information such as passwords, government identification numbers, bank details, or other information that should not be publicly disclosed.

You may unpublish a resume where the Platform provides that functionality.

When a resume is published, the Platform may generate a QR code associated with its public URL.

The QR code is simply a convenient way of accessing the public resume URL.

You are responsible for reviewing the destination and information associated with your QR code before sharing it.

The Platform may allow you to create digital business cards containing information such as:

• Name
• Job title
• Phone number
• Email address
• Photograph
• LinkedIn profile
• Resume URL
• Other information selected by you
• You control the information included in your business card.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to publish any personal information included in the card.

The information may include account information, resume information, uploaded files, photographs, contact information and information required to provide the Platform's services.

We will take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Our processing of personal data will be subject to applicable data protection laws.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading or creating content on the Platform, you grant us the limited rights necessary to:

• Store your content.
• Process your content to provide the services.
• Generate resumes and PDFs.
• Display your content according to the privacy and publishing settings you select.
• Create QR codes and public links requested by you.
• Perform backups, security checks and technical processing required to operate the Platform.
• We do not acquire ownership of your resume content merely because you use our services.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Create fraudulent or deliberately misleading resumes.
• Impersonate another person.
• Upload content that you do not have permission to use.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive or discriminatory content.
• Upload malicious software or files.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
• Circumvent security controls.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Abuse, scrape or overload the Platform or its services.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

• Our templates are provided for use within the Platform.

You may customize your resume using the options provided by the Platform. Template availability, designs and customization options may change over time.

We do not guarantee that a particular template will always remain available.

The Platform may generate a PDF version of your resume based on the information and template selected by you.

We will make reasonable efforts to generate the PDF accurately, but formatting may vary depending on the content, fonts, images and other technical factors.

You should review the generated PDF before using or submitting it.

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical problems
• Third-party service interruptions
• Security incidents
• Events beyond our reasonable control

The Platform may rely on third-party services for functions such as:

• Authentication
• Cloud storage
• Database services
• PDF generation
• Email delivery
• Social login
• Hosting
• Analytics
• Future AI services
• Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

• You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account is being used for unlawful purposes.
• The account poses a security risk.
• Continued access could harm the Platform or other users.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide appropriate notice before termination, except where immediate action is necessary for security, legal or other legitimate reasons.

The Platform's software, design, branding, logos, templates, features and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

• The Platform is a resume creation and sharing service.

We do not guarantee:

• Employment.
• Interviews.
• Job offers.
• Salary levels.
• Applicant tracking system acceptance.
• Recruiter responses.
• Accuracy of third-party job opportunities.
• The user is responsible for reviewing and approving their resume before submitting it to employers.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform and protect user information, but we cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free or free from vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and apply worldwide, wherever MyProfy is accessed from.

Any disputes will be resolved under applicable law, in courts or tribunals of competent jurisdiction.
